About the role

You'll work the harvest season crunch: picking, sorting, and packing crops, loading trucks and wagons, and keeping product moving from field to storage while quality holds. You'll work long days when the weather window is open, follow food-handling and grading standards, and pitch in on whatever the harvest needs, from equipment cleanup to bin monitoring. It's demanding seasonal work with a clear finish line.

What you will bring

You're fit, quick with your hands, and ready to commit to the full harvest run, including weekends and long days when conditions demand it. No experience necessary; you'll be trained on sorting standards. Stamina, reliability, and a team attitude carry this job.
